You hereby understand that Reliable Commercial Cleaning, LLC is using the site (thercchub.com) owned by Illuminet, LLC at a monthly fee. Based on the foregoing the site shall only be used as a social site for work purposes subject to the terms herein.

4. USE OF THE SITE

The site shall be used with the aim of assigning its employees profiles and issue them with passwords and usernames. Based on the foregoing, the site shall be used for work related communication between the employees and/or users.

5. THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR

Woo Commerce is the third party payment processor used for processing payments therefore Illuminet, LLC does not handle any sensitive information. Kindly note that Woo Commerce is a third party with its own terms and conditions as well as privacy policy, please familiarize yourself with the same.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Illuminet, LLC as well as Reliable Commercial Cleaning, LLC against any and all liabilities, including judgments, costs and reasonable counsel fees, for anything done or omitted by Illuminet, LLC or Reliable Commercial Cleaning, LLC in the execution of these terms and conditions.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Illuminet, LLC as well as Reliable Commercial Cleaning, LLC be liable to you or any third party for general, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to punitive damages, exemplary damages, loss of business or loss of profits, connected in any way with these terms and conditions.

13. TERMINATION

You acknowledge that Illuminet, LLC and/or Reliable Commercial Cleaning, LLC has the legal right to delete your account for whatever reason it deems fit without consulting you. You agree that upon deletion of your account there will be no right for recourse.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota, without reference to its conflict of law provisions, rights and remedies of the parties herein shall be determined in accordance with such laws.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
